TIEN LE

Tien Le is the Managing Principal and Broker of Tarastones Commercial, where he advises tenants, landlords, buyers, and investors across Texas. With a background that combines brokerage execution, institutional retail leasing, and financial analysis, Tien brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to every assignment.

He works closely with clients to evaluate opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, analyze leases and purchase agreements, and develop strategies that align with both immediate business needs and long-term investment objectives.

Organizations

Before founding Tarastones Commercial, Tien built his commercial real estate career with publicly traded REITs, including Brixmor Property Group and Whitestone REIT. At Brixmor, he oversaw leasing activity for more than 1.3 million square feet of grocery-anchored retail shopping centers in Houston and Dallas.

At Whitestone REIT, he managed leasing for more than 750,000 square feet of retail centers in Houston. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a real estate analyst, underwriting retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use assets.

Education

Tien holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University, and earned the CCIM designation in 2024.

Known for his strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and client-first mindset, he is committed to helping businesses and investors make sound real estate decisions and create lasting value through disciplined execution.

Project Representation Experience

Earlier in his career, he also worked as a real estate analyst, underwriting retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use assets. That experience continues to provide  him with a strong financial and strategic perspective in brokerage today.

Tenant Representation Experience

Throughout his career, Tien has represented many local independent businessesand “mom-and-pop” operators, as well as regional and national  tenants, including Little  Caesars, Pizza Hut, Daiso, Amerigroup, WSS, and Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet.
